A unique shaped C Stud designed to provide increased acoustic performance in partition systems compared to standard C Studs. It can be used as an alternative to 70mm, 90mm, and 146mm Siniat C Studs for partitions requiring high levels of acoustic performance.
Compatible with Siniat C Stud systems and boards, these Acoustic Studs allow for a range of partition performances within the same footprint. They can improve the overall RwdB performance of a partition by up to 3 dB, thanks to engineered slots that reduce the transmission of acoustic energy.
Manufactured to BS EN 14195 standards and with a Reaction to fire rating of A1, these Acoustic Studs are not suitable for use in curved partitions. Their innovative design creates a spring section that helps minimize the transfer of acoustic energy, resulting in enhanced acoustic performance for partitions.
