The Siniat dB Board is a high-quality plasterboard designed for superior acoustic insulation, making it an ideal choice for stud partitions, lining systems, and ceilings. With a thermal conductivity of 0.25 W/m K, this board is particularly suited for use in separating walls, partitions, and linings in residential and multi-occupancy accommodations such as hotels. The blue board offers excellent soundproofing, cutting out noise up to 45 Rw dB when using a single layer of 15mm each side of a partition system. This makes it an excellent choice for environments where privacy and noise control are essential.
Additionally, the board meets and exceeds Part E building regulations when used as part of Siniat’s system, ensuring compliance with industry standards. With a reaction to fire rating of A2-s1, d0, it provides 30 minutes of fire resistance when installed as part of a single-layer partition system.
