This fitting is rated to 12.5 bar for MDPE and 10 bar for HDPE and meets ISO 4427:2007, BS EN 15494:2003, BS 6572:1985, and BS EN 12201 standards, with DWI approvals (56/4/1120 and 56/4/1514). It also carries BSI Kitemark KM85017, WRAS, and REG4 certification, making it suitable for drinking water applications. For best performance and to maintain pipe strength, the use of pipe liners is recommended.
