  • Watering instructions – Water regularly, especially during flowering, to support healthy pod formation.
  • Plant in March, April, May, June, Harvesting period July, August, September
  • Instructions for planting – Sow directly into well-drained soil from early spring, placing seeds 5cm deep and spacing 7–8cm apart. Keep rows 60cm apart and provide support such as pea sticks, netting or trellis for climbing varieties.
  • After planting care instructions – Start feeding when flowers appear. Apply a high-potash liquid feed every two weeks until the end of harvest, or use a granular fertiliser monthly, watered in well at the base of plants. This boosts flower and pod development for heavier crops.
