Description
Ancon Staifix HRT4 Housing Wall Ties (Type 4/Type A) are used for tying two leaves of a cavity wall or separating wall where the first leaf has already been constructed. The wavy end of the tie is resin-bonded into the existing wall in a 10mm hole.

- Multiple drips prevent water crossing the cavity whichever way up the tie is installed.

- Independent tests have proven the HRT4 has a measured dynamic stiffness of <4>
- The HRT4 can be used with all approved robust details for cavity masonry separating walls, whether traditional or thin-joint blockwork (suitable for thin-joint construction with 3mm thick joints). Use of these details eliminates the need for pre-completion sound testing.
