Description
Emaco T545 is a specially formulated repair mortar based on magnesia-phosphate cement, pre-mixed with selected aggregates, designed to achieve controlled, extremely high early strengths across a wide temperature range, from -20°C (or lower) to over 30°C. This makes it particularly suitable for use in cold store applications.

- High Early Strength: Achieves sufficient strength for trafficking or other uses at a very early age.
- Temperature Versatility: Effective in a wide range of temperatures, making it ideal for cold storage and other low-temperature environments.
- Application Depth: Suitable for repairs with a minimum thickness of 20mm. For depths of 30mm and above, up to 10kg of 10mm single-sized coarse aggregate can be added for enhanced performance.
