Bostik Cementone Concentrated Mortar Plasticiser 1L is a high-performance additive designed to enhance the workability of mortar while eliminating the need for lime. This plasticiser improves plasticity, reduces grittiness, and creates a smooth, easy-to-work mix. By lowering water content, it increases the durability and strength of the mortar while offering resistance to frost.
Specially formulated with a concentrated blend of modified lignin-based surface-active agents, Bostik Mortar Plasticiser is free from chlorides, making it suitable for a range of masonry applications, including bricklaying, blockwork, and rendering.

Application :
- Ensure that all components of the mix are above 5°C.
- Sands and aggregate should be dry for best results.
- Shake the bottle before use, then remove the cap on the cup at the top of the bottle.
- Squeeze the bottle until the liquid in the cup rises to the correct level. For most applications, 8 – 12ml per 25kg of cement is recommended. Do not overdose.
- Add the measured liquid to the gauging water at the appropriate dosage and stir well to ensure even dispersal.
- Mix this solution with the sand and cement to achieve the required mortar consistency.
- When using Bostik Concentrated Mortar Plasticiser, less water is typically required.
- Replace the cap on the cup after use.
Dilution Ratio:
- Mix 10 – 20ml of Bostik Mortar Plasticiser per 25kg of cement, combining it with gauging water before adding to the dry mix.
