- For wet or dry surfaces.
- Contains fibres to bridge gaps.
- A flexible roof coating that offers immediate waterproofing on most conventional roof substrates.
- Can be brushed straight from the tin onto substrates such as old roofing felt, asphalt, bituminous roof coatings, cement, concrete, lead work, metal, brickwork, slate and rigid PVC.
- Also suitable for application to gutters and flashings.
- If using on a roof or balcony subject to heavy traffic, regular use or the placing of objects such as garden furniture then promenade tiles or a similar protective material must be used.
