This floating shelf kit is one of our bestsellers with the long length and extra depth allowing for a variety of uses ranging from the displaying of media equipment to storing dinner sets and recipe books. Due to the simple and clean design these shelves compliment a variety of decors yet remain sturdy and functional. Our high quality kits are custom made in Germany and manufactured using a lightweight construction method with the surface completed in an oak textured finish. A pair of steel brackets are included as well as the fittings and fixings to mount to a solid wall. For installation onto a non solid wall please use hollow wall fixings available here x2 per bracket are required (x4 per shelf) Maximum weight capacity is only achieved when fitting to solid walls or to studs in a hollow cavity wall. These shelves can be cut down if required to fit into an alcove or such area. This floating shelf kit is available in other lengths in oak textured. A popular choice is to combine other shelving in this range and depth to create a feature space.
