• Instructions for Fitting – All floors must be structurally sound, dry, flat, clean, and free from dust, debris, or loose material. Uneven floors should be levelled first. The flooring can be laid on concrete and tiles with joints under 5 mm wide and 2 mm deep, using a suitable primer and following instructions. For larger joints, apply a suitable smoothing compound and primer. Nailed or glued wood floors must be levelled with fibre screed and primed, while all floating wood, laminate, carpet, vinyl, natural fibre, and linoleum must be removed. Follow the primer manufacturer’s instructions and drying times carefully, and check each pack for manufacturing faults before installation, reporting any issues for replacement prior to fitting.
• Instructions for Care – The floor can be cleaned with a damp mop or cloth; avoid excessive water and wipe up spills immediately. A neutral detergent may be used if required, but avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or scouring powders. Remove dust with a brush or vacuum cleaner. Install and maintain the product according to the assembly instructions and retain this information for future reference. Use barrier mats at doorways and protective pads under furniture to prevent damage, avoid rugs with rubber backing or carpets on vinyl floors, and never drag or slide furniture or heavy objects across the surface.
