Powerlon SupaPerm SP100 Housewrap Breather Membrane – 100m x 2.7m Roll
Powerlon Breather Membranes are high performance vapour permeable breather membranes for installations within Timber Frame, composite Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) and wall panel system designs. A breather membrane is a water-resistant material which allows water vapour to pass through when there is a difference in humidity on opposite sides. Breather membranes are used on the outside of frame walls under the exterior finish material.
The membranes are non-woven spunbond polyolefins with exceptional water vapour transmission and hydrophobic (water repellent) characteristics. They also have good Air Barrier characteristics designed to improve the air-tightness of the building. Air Barriers ensure that the building envelope is properly sealed to control ventilation and prevent heat loss in compliance with Building Regulations Part L.
