Express Coat by Valspar® is a high opacity, low splatter emulsion that gives good coverage – it’s suitable for interior wall and ceiling surfaces, particularly new plaster.

• Guarantee – Statutory
• Surface Preparation – The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Glossy surfaces should be deglossed before painting. Repair all damaged areas. Remove old, loose or flaky paint. New, fresh plaster must be sealed with this product or Valspar® Interior Primer & Undercoat prior to painting. Other bare, absorbent surfaces must be sealed with a primer prior to applying the finishing coat.
